Went to KSU. Enlisted in the Army. Went to OCS, went to Viet Nam, etc. back to KSU, then to Law School in California. Got married (to Bonnie McDonald, a lawyer) then on to graduate school in taxation in Miami. Back to California. I have my own law firm in Walnut Creek (SF Bay area)specializing in doctors and estate planning. Boy Scouts and youth athletics for fun. Veterans affairs for community service. One son Scott graduated West Point in 07. [an Infantry Captain Airborne Ranger- 2 tours in Afghanistan] Son is now a plant manager for Exxon Mobil in Olathe.

| A: One son, Scott, graduated from United States Military Academy at West Point NY in May 2007. Left Army in 2015 as an Infantry Captain -2 tours in Afghanistan. Currently living in Leawood and working for Exxon Mobil in Olathe |

| A: Dog died of old age - currently babysitting the kid's bird. Its been 16 years now... |

| A: Active Army for 5 years -Enlisted in the paratroopers in 1967, Infantry OCS in 68 , helicopter flight school - safety violations- back to the infantry Central America, Viet Nam, FT Riley, Europe, then finished off in various reserve units retired as a Major in 1988
