I, Cynthia, was born in Leavenworth, Kansas. I was adopted by Joseph and Frances Palcher. Both parents died a long time ago. I had one Brother, Alan Jerome Palcher. He was one year behind me in school. I graduated in 1982 and Alan graduated in 1983. Alan died June 15, 2001. I married a Edward Smith and had a daughter (Melisa Anne) on March 3, 1991. I divorced him and married my current husband (Franklin Lackey) on November 20, 1998. We have one son (Samuel James) born on March 27, 2001.
