Dr. Pauline Harris
Dr. Harris is a 31-year veteran of AT&T working at the directorship level. She has been successful in supporting a global workforce as a business development executive pricing and negotiations, organizational development functions, and human resource management.
Dr. Harris’s professional experience spans various industries. Dr. Harris coordinated special projects while at She developed a training manual for a Y2K Project titled "Global Energy Marketing System (GEMS)." Dr. Harris was a Vocational Educator and Administrator for the Black Economic Union of Kansas City, MO. She was awarded funding for an at-risk high school business training program. She wrote curriculum and implemented training for the business management program.
Dr. Harris is the founder and Executive Director of People Builders Inc. She is also the founder and owner of Administrative Consultants L.L.C., where she specializes in facilitating strategic learning solutions for performance management, diversity, and strategic planning.
Dr. Harris is an adjunct professor in the academic acumens of human resource management and business management. She currently serves as an adjunct professor for Southern Nazarene, Langston University, Oklahoma City, and Tulsa Community College Northeast Campus.
She has a passion for facilitating the learning experience by utilizing the principles of adult learning, which include building a strong, student-centered learning environment emphasizing academic quality, service learning activities, ethical leadership, diversity, and using the effective integration of technology.
She has consistently received positive feedback from class participants. Her courses are sought after by vying students. She was the recipient of AT&T’s Vision Award, recognized at Achievers Club in Miami Beach, FL and she was presented AT&T’s Business Care Legend Award.
Dr. Harris received a Doctorate degree in 2003 from Oklahoma State University (OSU), Stillwater, OK in Occupational Adult Education. She earned her Masters degree in 1998 from OSU in Occupational Adult Education/Human Resource Development. She received her Bachelors Science in 1972 in Business Education from Pittsburg State University, Pittsburg, KS.
