After graduating WHS, I attended one year of college at the University of Denver. I then transfered to Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, KS and graudated in 1975 with a degree in Mathematics. While attending Pittsburg, I became a member of the great Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. I taught math for seven years in KCK and quit to seek employment at Midwest Research Institute in KCMO as an Analyst for eight years. I moved to Atlanta, GA in 1989 and have been teaching math, and still teaching math to date! I have been selected "Teacher of the Year" TWICE while teaching in DeKalb County Schools. Presently, I teach at Dunwoody High School. I have also been a member of Antioch Baptist Church North since 1992. And yes, I am still SINGLE!!
