I worked at several places in KC including Central Beverage, Bookkeeper at Brotherhood State Bank and at Phillips Petroleum at the Fairfax plant. Then went into the USAF in Omaha and married Betty Jo Carpenter from KCK in 1951. We will be married 58 years on March 17, 2009. We moved around in the Aerospace Industry working for Rohr Aircraft in Chula Vista, CA, then in the computerized planning/scheduling field (PERT/CPM) put in missile bases at Dyess AFB, TX, built the Satuurn Missile at Chrysler in New Orleans, weapons development at Naval Weapons Center in CA then went into Engineering & Construction industry. I owned a couple of small businesses (baby furniture and cartridge recycling) before retiring in 1996. Have lived in a motor home since, now on Lake Conroe in Willis, TX where I can fish off the back of my site.

| A: We had 4 boys and 4 girls, all but one son are living. All live in Texas except a son in Oxnard, CA |

| A: Sgt. in USAF Fire Department at SAC Hdqtrs. 3 years in Omaha, NE. And 5 years in reserve. |

| A: Bookkeeper Brotherhood State Bank, Billing Clerk Phillips 66, Plng/Schedg in Aerospace and Engr/Construction. Owned a Baby-Tenda Furniture store in Houston and a Cartridge recycling company in Ventura before retirement in 1996. |

| A: Several college courses; real estate, oceanography, other. |

| A: Internet, building DVD collection of old movies, traveling, camping, boating and fishing. |

| A: Oldies 1930 to current. |

| A: Easy listening oldies 1930 - 1960's. |

| A: A kindness by Ed Asner (while at Wyandotte before he became a movie actor). |
